  • Is it too late to order my kids pictures?
    No. Current school year pictures are available all year, but during the spring or late fall they will be archived.
  • What do I wear to my senior sitting appointment?
    Casuals: Come dressed in your casuals clothes, then we will switch to formals. Casual photos will be taken with various backgrounds and poses. Think of outfits suitable for church, a date, or a night out. For Girls: Dresses and blouses are recommended. For Boys: A dress shirt or jacket is suggested. Formals: A Tux for boys and a Drape for girls will be provided. For Girls: Please wear something that can be easily slipped off your shoulders. For Boys: Be sure to wear a thin shirt; sweatshirts are not recommended. Note: Shoes will not be visible.
  • Are refunds available if I am unhappy with my images/purchase?
    No. Due to our advanced software system and the ability to cross-check your purchase, we are unable to give refunds. After the order is placed, it goes straight to production and we are unable to cancel or change an existing order.
  • When will I get my pictures back?
    Shipping time varies greatly depending on USPS. It can take up to 21 days after the shipping notifcations to receive your images. If it has been longer than 21 days, please contact our office.
  • Can I retouch my picture and what does it cover?
    Yes, we can do retouches on prints. Standard retouch is included on all senior orders. You can add retouch to any other order which will cost $11. Our retouch covers only blemishes and acne on the face and special retouch (braces,) may be ordered by calling our office. (Retouch is not included on digital orders)
  • Can I buy my child's pictures from past years?
    Yes, but you will need your online code. We keep the pictures up to five years.
  • Can I order multiple kids pictures at one time?
    Yes. You will need both kids online code. Once you go to order one, on the order page you will have the option to change gallery and that will allow you to purchase both.
  • What services do you offer?
    We currenlty are offering school portraits, sport pictures, holidays, and seniors. If you are interested in our services, we would love to hear from you!
  • How do I select my yearbook portrait?
    Follow the steps below to select your yearbook photo. Enter your email address to view your portraits. Click the "choose yearbook" button with a red circle. Click "select photo" Click on your favorite portrait (with a blue background) that you want to be in the yearbook. Then click the blue "confirm" button. You will then see your pose that you picked to be in the yearbook. You are all done! Congratulations! If you need more help you can visit the Senior page and scroll to the bottom to view the video. If you still have questions you can call 864-834-4261.
  • Why can't I see my child's portraits on my phone?
    Some cellphones are not compatible with our purchasing platform. With that being said, we highly suggest that you order your photos on a computer or a laptop. Sorry for the inconvenience! Thank you for ordering!!
